Join us on Tuesday 8th September for a Women’s only ride. 18kms enjoying shared off road path from Curlewis to Leopold then back to Drysdale where we will rehydrate and refuel at @cafezoodrysdale before we return to Curlewis. Glenda from Cycling Geelong will be your Ride Leader. It’s part of taking small steps to health as part of the Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week. It’s about reframing what it means to be healthy. Too often women are told that exercise must be intense, structured or time-consuming to make a difference. But the evidence tells us otherwise. This years theme is DO IT ANYWAY - is about taking small steps towards your health.

Day 2 Tuesday 8th the theme is TO MOVE.
