Great Ocean Road Race Volunteer Marshals

The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race 2025 will take place between Wednesday 29^th January and Sunday 2^nd February.

Volunteer registrations are now open to be in the thick of the action as Marshals around the course and earn a donation to the club.

Note

• members will need to select in the registration form that they are volunteering on behalf of the club.
• Volunteer gifts include: event shirt, hat, water bottle, snack packs and a chance to win individual prizes.
• Opportunity to volunteer as a group along a stretch of the course or volunteer close to home.? If you would like to volunteer altogether, a list of marshal positions will be sent to you to complete names against and return to us by the end of October, 2024.
• Further information about exact locations and briefings will be provided at a later date.

In return, for each volunteer who completes their shift, Cycling Geelong will receive a donation of:

• $50 per shift up to 4 hours, or $80 per shifts over 4 hours per day of the event.
• For every 10 volunteers per day there is a $200 bonus, or $1200 for every 50 volunteers per day!
