CANCELLED: City Ride – Federation Trail from Footscray

Due to forecast rain, this ride has been cancelled.

Itinerary:

• 11.10am Depart South Geelong Station on V-line service
• 12.10pm Alight train at Footscray Station.
• Cycle to Yarraville Hotel, Hyde Street, Yarraville, for lunch, partly using Maribyrnong River Trail.
• 1.30 – 1.45pm Depart Yarraville Hotel along Hyde Street to Hyde Street end of new section of Federation Trail. Cycle Trail to Brooklyn.
• 2.45pm Cycle to Southern Cross Station via the new Fed. Trail section, Hyde Street, new cycling bridge over Maribyrnong River, Dixon Veloway and Docklands.
• Returnto Geelong on 4.30 or 4.50pm V-line service from Southern Cross.
