This week there were 23 cyclists on the Saturday river circuit. Today’s was led by Paul, with Dianne doing a sterling job as tail end Charlie. With a slow steady pace, the whole group was able to stay together. It was quieter than usual around the river – perhaps some were daunted by lowering skies and a forecast of rain, so there were no hold-ups, even near the rowing sheds. The path in front of the sheds has been reopened.
A booked table had been arranged at the Barwon Edge, and proved successful with almost all the cyclists being able to sit together.
Thanks to Paul and Dianne for leading this most enjoyable morning’s ride.
